New restaurant, many soup and flavor options. I really like the style of noodles. Like hotpot style but easy DIY!

The server was very nice . The place is small and humble

The soup base is tasty and as hot as it can be. Noodles are tender and chewy. The noodle portion is on the small side. The "ten seconds" is misleading. They meant: it reminds you of the memory of Yunnan ten seconds after finishing the noodle. Not sure many people can get that.

I grew up on yunnan rice noodles but I haven't tried this style where you can selectively add the ingredients. You get a pippin' hot bowl of broth that already has fatty beef and any other meat that's in your bowl, along with 10+ sides and rice noodles to add in. I usually add in all the sides and it's a very filling meal. The broth, even the original one, is very flavorful, and it's very satisfying, albeit a little fatty at times to drink. I always have to drink a lot of water after eating but it doesn't stop me from drinking the broth. I really like the numbing pepper pickled beef one that my husband gets. Service is very friendly and fast.

Service was good, I asked what was popular and was recommended the sour spicy if I liked spicy. I got the sour spicy sole fish soup. Had a good kick to it, the fish was soft, and overall was delicious. The sides were fun to put in and it ended up being a decent amount of food, I was definitely stuffed afterwards. I got the takoyaki appetizer, definitely not as good as at a Japanese restaurant, could use more topping/flakes on top.
